Rebate Procedures

  • Buy a qualifying Zebra QL Plus series printer.
  • Register for your rebate before January 15, 2007, by submitting a claim form that includes your purchase invoice information. Only qualifying Zebra printers are eligible for the “GO Mobile with G” Trade-In Program, so be sure that both your purchase and trade-in models are qualifying printers. NOTE: You must apply for the rebate and receive a Trade-In Merchandise Authroization (TMA) number before submitting printers for trade-in. (You will be contacted with your TMA once your claim has been approved.
  • After the application and responding invoice are submitted and approved, you will receive a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization (TMA) via e-mail from the Zebra Trade-In Program administrator. This e-mail will contain a TMA number, which you may use for viewing your claim status online. If you have not received a TMA after three business days, please e-mail the program administrator at zebra@fusionmoon.com.
  • After receiving the TMA, ship your trade-in printers to Zebra. (See Shipping Instructions below). Be sure to ship only qualifying
    printers. All printers must be received by January 31, 2007. All units submitted for trade-in must power-up and include a printhead.
    IMPORTANT: A copy of the TMA must be included with your trade-in shipment.
  • After your trade-in printers are received and verified, the program administrators will calculate your rebate and issue a check.
  • A customer rebate check will be issued to the company designated on the trade-in application and mailed to the address provided.
  • Allow 4-5 weeks after shipment for receipt of rebate.
  • You can check your claim status on this site.

Shipping Instructions
Check list for trade-in shipments:

  • Apply for your rebate online before January 15, 2007, providing complete and accurate information for your remittance on the
    form.
  • Fax your purchase invoice to the Zebra Trade-In Program Headquarters at +1 847 890 6408.
  • Assure that your purchase invoice correctly represents the qualifying models and quantities of qualifying Zebra bar code
    printers claimed in your trade-in application.
  • Secure a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization (TMA) number prior to shipping your trade-in printers.
  • IMPORTANT: A copy of the TMA must be included with your trade-in shipment
  • Trade-in shipments must be received no later than January 31, 2007

Only ship those printers approved by Zebra and confirmed on the TMA.
Failure to follow these steps may delay or disqualify your claim.
